Smokey the Bear Visits Third Grade

The third grade classes enjoyed a parent-led activity by Robby Gill, Tye Lewis, and Michael Lewis from the Mississippi Forestry Commission. The students learned valuable information about fire safety and prevention. Smokey the Bear made a special appearance and gave the students good advice about preventing forest fires.
